Service
Performance Optimisation
A slow site quietly loses sales and rankings. I audit your WordPress or Shopify site with real data, find what is actually slowing it down, and fix it: images, scripts, theme code, third-party tags and caching. You get a clear before-and-after so you can see the difference.
What's included
- Speed and Core Web Vitals audit (LCP, INP, CLS)
- Image optimisation and modern formats (WebP)
- JavaScript and CSS cleanup, deferring and minification
- Theme code and third-party script tuning
- Caching and delivery improvements
- A clear before/after performance report
A focused optimisation pass is usually 1 to 2 weeks, starting with an audit so you know exactly what will be done.

FAQ
Performance Optimisation: common questions
What is a good Core Web Vitals score?
Aim for LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms and CLS under 0.1, measured on real mobile visits. I optimise toward green field data, not just a one-off lab number.
Can you speed up my existing site without rebuilding it?
Usually yes. Most sites can be made much faster with a focused cleanup: images, scripts, theme code, third-party tags and caching. A full rebuild is only needed in the worst cases, and I will tell you honestly which you need.
Why is my Shopify or WordPress site slow?
Most often too many apps or plugins, heavy JavaScript, unoptimised images and third-party scripts loading on first paint. An audit pinpoints the real causes for your specific site.
Will I see proof it worked?
Yes. You get a before-and-after report showing the improvement in load times and Core Web Vitals, so the result is measurable, not a claim.
